This 1890s Victorian terrace retained its beautiful heritage character but needed a more functional layout for modern family life. The renovation preserved the original façade, high ceilings, stucco detailing and sash windows while opening the interiors to create a light-filled connection between the kitchen, living areas and garden. The project achieved DA approval through Inner West Council in just eight weeks.
